How to fry pumpkin seeds at home?
Seeds can be bought in a purified form, but you can fry in the home. Cleaning the pumpkin, put all the seeds in a colander. Rinse and clean from pulp and fibers. Blot with a towel, put in a bowl and mix with a couple drops of vegetable oil. Spread the seeds on a baking sheet, lightly sprinkle with salt. Bake at 180 degrees C for 20-30 minutes (maybe a little longer) until golden color. Cool and store in a tightly closed container.
