Mexican casserole with sauce

Ingredients

  • "Mexican №1" mixed vegetables 400 g;
  • Canned mushrooms 200 g;
  • Boiled potatoes 4;
  • Onions 2-3 pcs.;
  • Sauce ingredients:
  • Eggs 3 pcs.;
  • Pickled cucumbers 3 pcs.;
  • Tomato paste 4 tbsp.;
  • Milk cream (20%) 1 tbsp.;
  • Khmeli-suneli to taste.
How to cook

Mix the sauce ingredients and beat until foaming.

Cut three potatoes into thin slices and lay on the bottom of the oiled pan. Put "Mexican №1" mixed vegetables on top. Pour half the prepared sauce put in the preheated oven for 10 minutes.

Slice mushrooms and onions, put them on top, add the last sliced potato, evenly pour the remaining sauce.

Bake for 20 minutes more. Serve hot.
